First week done. This is a big change from previous efforts for two reasons. First, I'm not able to exercise the way I used to although I am going to try to remedy that. Secondly, I've been asked to try a keto diet as an aid to losing weight. I'm actually finding it less difficult than I thought I would but it's a bit extreme, targeting only 5% of calories from carbohydrates. not for there yet but I do find I feel sated pretty quickly so I'm not eating excessively. For now. I would emphasise that this is an extreme diet that I wouldn't be trying without medical support and supervision.
