Thank you Patti! It’s been both harder and easier to get back into this than I expected. (I’m aware that probably makes little sense.)
I’m off to Manitoba next weekend to see my youngest sister for a week, for the first time in over 14 years. I’m excited! But from a weight loss perspective, also a little worried, I must admit.
