It is, isn’t it? I worked with a young woman who became a paraplegic, but she still swam open water ocean daily with the help of some dedicated friends.  

Absolutely there is so many inspirational stories and that’s amazing it effects so many people when something like this happened. Their wasn’t a dry eye in the house, the show captured all the emotions around this story. Henry Frazer in the lads name. But it shows we just need to get on and do it sometimes, step by step!!  

I guess that mean we have no real excuses, doesn’t it?  

Yep 😝 we may have challenges but no excuses
