I went on vacation and surprisingly didn't do too badly. I guess all the walking, we were in DC sight seeing and helping my sister move apartments. So plenty of unintentional exercise ie walking all day and heavy lifting stacking moving, long days of moving around. Didn't eat particularly well, but did not overeat and with all the exercise it hasn't seemed to make a ton of difference. Didn't keep healthy habits though, only ate breakfast and dinner, sometimes had a snack or soemthing at lunch. Also now that I have gotten back, I have not been feeling well, so going to the gym has not happened. I should be better in a few days and then it will be back to it (I expect the first couple of days to be pretty rough, but should do alright--right?) Anyway, I am hoping to start swimming in the morning, and maybe doing some cardio and weights some afternoons a week. It is too dark in the morning to run safely...so time to switch up the routine.
