Today was my first OFFICIAL 5K RUN! All previous ones were walk run combinations. Today was a 5 min walk to warm up followed by 38 minutes of continuous running to finish 3.2 miles SWEEEEEEEEET! Weighed my self after the run... 189 lbs.

Yes, happy to be healthier! Lungs and heart seemed to do great last night, as long as I kept heart rate between 145-155 BPM I felt I could run indefinitely. The legs were the limiting factor... quads were really getting pumped by the last half mile, so they were glad to cross the manhole... my start and finish line in front of my house!
