I like to just experiment with different flavours and find chia pudding is higher in protein and fibre and less calories than over night oats that I sometimes do x so handy if I know I might have somemhigher calorie foods later in the day so I have chia Pudding to start my day x

I just had a bagel with philidelphia cream cheese and ham. Lettuce on the side😊

Not 100% spot on but close enough, I have carrot cake protein powder sample to try too which I may add next time x

I used this recipe -
Add almond milk (150ml)
Sprinkle of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg (I did it to personal preference as was no measurements on recipe)
Pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla extract
1/4cup grated carrot
Add all to a blender and blend until smooth.
Place 25g of chia seeds in a medium bowl, and pour over spiced almond milk, stirring to combine. Transfer to jar or keep in bowl until ready to serve.
To serve, stir in grated carrot andoptional you can top with yogurt or walnuts
