My appetite is spiraling out of control and my weight is creeping up. Praying to be able to reign it back in today. I have lost 10 pounds and have another 15 to go. I would be so disappointed to go backwards. I feel hungry and I know I am going to be late AGAIN, which demands a snack. This is a new day. I will just start over. I have been enjoying the mangoes and other summer fruit and I think the natural sugar is sabatoging my efforts.

When you just want to snack on something you can always eat non-starchy veggies, drink lot's of water and unsweetened tea, that should help too.

Sometimes we just have to say NO to the stuff that draws us off track and it becomes all about our choices of what we will or will not eat. Getting started with it is the toughest part but you can do it, you've done it before. Make today the day to get back to what you need to do.

The inner journey is so much more difficult than just reducing the weight. We have to work on the inner self just as much as the outer self. You CAN do this; You WILL do this. Try a bowl of sliced raw veggies when the muchies hit. I slice up zucchini and cucumbers; a couple cups of those will help fill the void. And yes, stay hydrated. We are all here for you! Onward!!

I find the summer fruits are really all carbs and sugars - so it causes me to feel more hungry and crave stuff... sugar is sugar even if it is in fruits!

I go easy on fruits too, Good luck! As HCB says... sugar is sugar even if its fruit! I agree. I love watermelon but eat way less of it than I used too!

Did you try the LCHF? that should help losing the last lbs.
