Today I began a 7-day diet pact with myself.

I've mapped out a meal plan I think I will not have much trouble following, and which I can give myself leeway with while sticking with the goal of minimizing fat and carbohydrate intake, especially in the afternoon.

My daily "sweet indulgence" will be alcohol instead of cake or chocolate. I have allowed myself one small glass of wine and two tall vodka and cranberry drinks. I wondered how many carbs in vodka, and googling that brought me here!

This looks like a place I can benefit from, and maybe make some friends too.
