is anyone in their 70s and only 5ft? alsonot very active due to m.s. and painfulhip. i have worked out that unless i only eat less than 900 calories i dont lose weight. am eating healthily but theres not much food in 900. i looo with envy on some plates of food others send us all. to make it worse i am veggie!! any ideas ?
