I’ll be eating “poorly” for a little while because I need to go low fiber while my body recovers from a stomach bug. Nearly everything in my house is stuff I should avoid at the moment - too much fiber - so I’m doing an online grocery order full of things I normally never buy 😱 makes me feel a little bad but my guts really need to heal. I’ve lost approximately 6 pounds in the last week, and I’m hoping not too much of it was muscle. I’m still eating under 1000 calories a day (it’s all I can force down right now) so workouts are out of the question until I can at least double what I’m eating. And it’s been tough to get much protein, I just want carbs. Still have no idea where I could have picked this up. And after having the most painful menstrual cycle of my life last week I’m really ready to start feeling better.
