Thanks snezica. I must say. I feel that I could have lost more, but I know why I haven't. On the other hand, I do like that it's a steady loss and this way something that I can really maintain for the rest of my life. I think once I start exercising more, that the weight will come off quicker and that I won't feel so guilty about my indulgent non-fast days. Saying that, as I get closer to goal, the weight might not come off so quickly, but that's normal. We all know this! Thanks so much for your ongoing support. How are you doing?
