I am still trying to figure out how to work FS. I truly feel it is helping me stick to my diet. Please bare with me while I try to get my food entries done.
I have watered, trimmed shrubs, and cut veggies out of the garden this afternoon. There are Pine Grosbeaks here. I have heard a different bird song today. I feel I have sweated off some pounds, but I doubt it.

A belated welcome to you, Sunshine! One thing about FS that new people aren’t always aware of is that some features are only available on the website. Things like the member challenges and forums and a lot of the detailed reports that can be generated and even downloaded. Also the messaging feature is only on the website. Since I mostly use the app on my phone, I don’t see any of those things unless I make time to log on from the computer. You’re off to a great start and BTW I love your pretty dishes! All the best to you.

Works how you want it to work. Great community. Awesome place to log and track everything that goes in our mouths 👄 Sometimes just having to log it, stops me from eating it 😁 Others post beautiful meals, and you get great ideas for your meals. Recipes here too, you could enter your own recipe and get macros—great for something you make often. Any questions, just ask, many love to give input. Welcome and good luck.🍀
