So tomorrow bright and early starts our road trip for vacation. I know what I have to do and recording what I eat helps tremendously. No you pesky road stops.. you won't be enticing me with your fast food! LOL! I'm packing my own goody bag! I've never done this before, but I think I'll check out the exercise room at the hotel.
