Feeling kind of tired and worn down lately so I’m not tracking food right now (but still eating healthy foods), sleeping as much as I can, and keeping exercise relatively light.
Felt like I started to turn a corner today in that I don’t need an afternoon nap for the first time in a while and instead feel restless. It seems like I have two modes, either bored/restless/frustrated, or training as much as possible to the point of overtraining/ trying to carefully navigate the line so I don’t go over until I eventually inevitably cross the line🙃
So yeah… Balance is not my strong point. It’s possible I let exercise fill too many roles in my life or that I use it as my everything outlet. Am I going to fix that? Not right now, maybe later 😄
