This week of vacation went surprisingly well! I stayed away from really heavy foods when eating out, and almost always took half of it home afterwards. Also, we only ate out at night. For breakfast and lunch, we ate like we did at home, which helped.
I even managed to get in some exercize. Two days of bike riding (7 miles) and one day of walking (3 miles) with my family. I also went swimming. So I was active over the week.
This week, because I lost so much this week, I want to maintain, since my body likes to hold in water after more than 1-2 pounds of weight loss.
I have a cold, so i'll try 2 days of cardio when I'm feeling better.
