We went for out 2.6 mile walk again tonight. I finally figured out how to use the heart monitor and track it for a workout/walk/run. Before I could only do it by looking at the vivofit but now I can see the graph when I sync. Maybe I should have read the instructions when I got it. It's only 9 here and I'm almost 3,000 steps over goal. Tomorrow I might scale back the walk. I have to run some errands before we get home and will most likely have to walk a little later. I don't walk at night except just around my street. The street lights around here are far and few between. I have a flashlight that I bring but that's just in case. I did find out I walk faster if I play music, even faster than when I just talk to my son.
