Hey Courtney thanks for your support it doesn't take much to put it back on for me I'm working afternoon shift and get home 10pm late night snacks are tempting

I so understand I used to do evening shifts as well and it’s the only time you get time to eat when you get home most of the time. Sometimes it’s hard staying positive but we are doing it to be better for ourselves. We got this!
