New eating plan for the next 6 weeks. This will be more or less what I will be eating everyday. Mite change the protein after week 4 and veggies depending on what I have in the fridge. Will be focusing on keeping carbs and protein the same. Eating clean for 6 days and having a nice Cheat meal on day 7.
