Almost forgot to Journal today, but it is not that I haven't be focused on FS. I've got 4 Challenges I'm in right now, each picked for a specific goal I am working toward:
One for a specific weight loss goal One for increasing exercise One for trying new recipes One for accountability
Have also been thinking about the one last weigh-in left in July. Would really like to see another pound lost for my efforts. That would get August off to a good start!
