Almost forgot to Journal today, but it is not that I haven't be focused on FS. I've got 4 Challenges I'm in right now, each picked for a specific goal I am working toward:

One for a specific weight loss goal
One for increasing exercise
One for trying new recipes
One for accountability

Have also been thinking about the one last weigh-in left in July. Would really like to see another pound lost for my efforts. That would get August off to a good start!

You and me both, Buffy.....about that pound, not the challenges - LOL! But the challenges are a really good tool to keep one's focus where it needs to be - good for you!

Sandy - They do seem to work for me. I need to stay active here - need to stay focused.

Hi Buffy! I really like the way you have chosen challenges for specific goals. At one time I had three challenges going at once and I became very confused. I thought I had to weigh in on each challenge on the day each one was due! It made me crazy until I figured it out! I am so slow!
