一星期增加2.5 公斤

Have Never been so much frustrated as of now! Keep eating clean food and keeping doing almost 2 hours resistance and cardio training daily, the weight has nothing changed in the past 2 weeks…..what heck is the calories gap, doesn’t it work for me?

Are you tracking your calories? Of so are you tracking by weight and not volume? It can make a big difference in terms of calorie accuracy

Thanks StomachMonkeys, even though I was very frustrated but I have never thought about to give up. I have some changes on my diet and training plan, steer and track everything I eat, also another big change I decided to do is NOT to stand on scale every morning… I will see how it works at this weekend!

Story of my life. I've started using hypnotherapy to help because I'm running out of things to try. I tried intermittent fasting, supplements, food tracking, and I exercise regularly, but I still gain weight. My doctor has no suggestions as I'm completely healthy otherwise.
