Feeling good, trying not to get impatient. I have set a mini goal of 189 for July 16th. Headed on vacation and will be in a swim suit most of the time. I know that 189 pounds is not swimsuit ready but I know I'll feel great. That is 18 lbs in 4 weeks....or 4.5 lbs per week. Will be tough but possible, got to get moving. I've hung up a dress that I don't fit into as my visual motivation.
