yesterday I bought a chia bia whole chia seeds and milled chia seeds. I am a very new customer to it. I took today with a glass of water and some lemon juice on the empty stomach. I hope it will help me with inflammation and digestion problems.

Yelena.V.S fermented food is great against inflammation and to help digestion problems, try it..

I tried to dissolve it in milk, but it was hard to eat it. stuck too much. now it's easier to add to yogurt

Thank you , Nunido, I will look into fermented foods. I do have a big problem with inflammation.

You are very welcome, I hope it will work for you! Lots of people don't like eating fermented stuff, but you can at least incorporate kefir and some miso or kombucha drinks in your diet..
