yesterday I bought a chia bia whole chia seeds and milled chia seeds. I am a very new customer to it. I took today with a glass of water and some lemon juice on the empty stomach. I hope it will help me with inflammation and digestion problems.

Yelena.V.S fermented food is great against inflammation and to help digestion problems, try it..

I tried to dissolve it in milk, but it was hard to eat it. stuck too much. now it's easier to add to yogurt

Lots of people don't like eating fermented stuff, but you can at least incorporate kefir and some miso or kombucha drinks in your diet..
