Really bad couple of months. Depression. Health problems. Joint problems. I’m eating mostly healthy; just too much.

Take things one day at a time. Focus on what you do today to alleviate the stress. I hope you can reach out and look for therapy or support from family or friends. Depression sucks and it’s hard to focus on your body when your mind needs help as well. I hope for all the best for you because I’ve been there for years. Things will get better. Good luck.

Sadness is hard to deal with. Exercise might help? Take care of you.

Hang in there … too much good stuff is better then eating poorly . Instead of changing everything, you will just need to cut the portions … when you are ready
