Again!????? Yes we have gained quite a bit back. The starting weight was 340 something. Went to 185 and back to 215. I should have gotten serious the day I sat on the bed and thought "I feel like I'm sitting around myself". I'm using 2 apps, Simple ( a fasting tracker) it is good to help me see what my body's doing I.e...2 hours till fat burning begins... I'm hoping it will help with whatever brain spasm\food trauma is causing my issue.Then tracking actual calorie intake here. Been I f for a month and have lost 3 oz. Part of the problem is hubbys lost gall bladder so lowish fat keto is hard. He REQUIRES carbs and I'm carb sensitive. S we are re-learning to compensate both gall and pancreas issues. Then there is the switch to powdered "creamer" I had no idea it was addictive. I just noticed the huge bucket was empty and I'm the only one who uses it. The current plan you ask? Easy,( ish not.) keep the calorie intake today under 500. Tomorrow back to my eating window which out of necessity must be shortened to 4 hours. 8 gives me to much time to rationalize that biscuit. I love the lemon creme ones.

You got this! I had my gall bladder out years ago and am 100% carnivore. I've not had any issues. There is hope!😍
