Hello Peeps! It's been a while. Had a major setback with my ankle injury, so my exercise has been wahhhhh.... back in PT. So, I did not meet my weight loss goals for attending the KY derby. However, I have only gained a couple of pounds which includes having 60th birthday celebrations (yup hit the big 6-0 this week). So, it's not horrible and I'm not going to beat myself up. I have a week to drop the extra pounds as the derby is next Sat. My bucket list item, can't wait! Look out Louisville! I posted one of my fascinators in my profile. I will def. upload my 'look' when I get back.
My words of wisdom today, are to shoot for the stars, but if you fall, give yourself a soft landing on a fluffy cloud.
Don't be hard on yourself, claim those wins and know you are not alone!
