Hi Mel, calorie counting and only eating between 11:00 and 18:30. I have a cheat day on Saturday where I eat and drink what I want. This helps me stay on track

Hello Maverick, it sounds good but eating what you like on Saturday how does your weight stay off? How many calories are you eating during the week? What ever you do it seems to be working so very well done. Merry Mel 😍

I’d echo what MisterBBBB says. I’ve only just started this again, so I usually see a large drop early on, it then stays steady. My RDI of calories is 2,500 per day, but I stay at no more than 1,600 for 6 days out of 7. Over the course of the week, even if I have a cheat day on Saturday, I’ll still be in a calorie deficit. Whatever your RDI is, if you stay on or under that, you should see some results. If you want a cheat day, that needs to be balanced with larger deficits for the other days. If you have a fairly low RDI, it’s much harder to get away with a cheat day. What works for me, might not work for you.
