Ngl haven't really been counting calories or sticking to or being strict with doing things that I thought was what I needed to do to see results.. I haven't been over indulging and still trying to be as healthy as I can, I haven't been doing my daily walks twice a day in a few days either but still managing to lose weight. I can say the biggest change I've made is cutting down on snacks and booze.. Not getting cravings of an afternoon anymore plus going to bed a lot earlier. It was hard at first to control my cravings but it has gotten a lot easier to say no. Feeling good.
