Yesterday I reached my goal weight of 76.8kg, I was 122.2 on 1 August 2022; so, I've lost 45.4kg, which is just over 100lbs! I was going for 75kg, but I'll try to keep to around 76kg, maintaining my weight while trying to build a little muscle around my neck, shoulders, and stomach.
