As for my weigh-in, it appears that I have lost 4 pounds in one week. That 4 pounds was just "vacation water weight" so actually I have not lost anything. Am going to work my butt off this week to remedy that. Tracy and Theresa - HELP!

Are you sure it's all water weight? Maybe it's not all water. Maybe you really did lose some weight. Did you eat that little on vacation or did you exercise that much? Give it a couple of days and see if it stays off.

Theresa - What happened was I weighed 168 before vacation. I went on vacation and gained 4 pounds in 4 days - so am presuming it was mostly water because as soon as I got back I proceeded to lose 4 pounds in 4 days. Anyway, I am back at 168. And yes, you are right, next week's weigh in will tell the true story.
