I binge ate late last night 😭 I don't know why but, I seem to want to eat after 10 pm and last night I went out of control. Usually I will just fix me a bowl of popcorn with glass of cold water but, last night I ate the whole bag of popcorn and added a lot of butter to it. Then I hit the low carb bread with jiffy peanut butter and had two cups of milk. This is not easy but I am back to trying today. I am still having problems with my knee's hopefully as soon as they get less in the pain department and giving out on me I can start walking
