So, last week I wasn't as active as usual and my back feels as stiff as a board. I didn't eat well either and to top it off I had drinkies last night. And Whoop knows! This is the worst reading I have had, including covid. Back to the normal routine next week 😊

This is Whoop, Red. I started using it in January as I felt I was getting tired. It measures recovery and sleep mostly but has lots of other info too. I have found it very interesting and accurate.

Yes, Janus. My first foray into the whole fitbit world since Polar Heart Monitor. Amazed at how far it has come and I am seeing some interesting data. The novelty may wear off, but at the moment, it is fun!
