Today I did good! Did 22.2 miles on my bike in three separate sets. That burned 1149 calories, Woohoo!
I ate good, only had one "junk" food which was only 100 calories. Otherwise, stir fry lomein with chicken breast, and a big salad! Munched on watermelon and fat free yogurt. Stayed out of all the coffee flavorings except for my first cup. Boy those calories add up fast if you don't watch them closely!
Wonder if my knees will hurt in the morning? I hope not because my three day weekend is over and it's back to work.
