Awesome results to see this week. It's kind of wild that I've lost so much already, but still have a LOT to go. Just goes to show how far I let myself go.
I am feeling like crap, been real sick with a chesty cough this last ~2 weeks but it feels like I'm starting to beat it. I do feel better for being less KGs, I know I'm getting healthier and that feels great.
