Well, I don’t know if it’s because I’m weighing myself 2 hours earlier than I do cause I put myself on an 8 hour sleep pattern ( started last night) I go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 5am now, today is my first day and the scale was Not in a good mood like I was 😕 it said that I Gained 1.3lbs from yesterday and I didn’t even got over my calorie intake and I drank all my ounces of water needed 😠 but my body feels Great and I can visually see a difference, I know not to rely on just the scale, so I must not dwell on what the stupid scale said… damn thing 😒
