I've been having a couple off days. I had a migraine yesterday so slept at the wrong time and therefore couldn't sleep at the right time so now I've been awake since 5am on 3 hours of sleep. It's currently 8:32pm. Hopefully tonight I get a decent sleep. I don't have to be awake for anything tomorrow morning so I'm hopeful my body takes advantage of that! I went over my calories for today but I'm not worried about it. These things happen.
