I haven't had any issue posting photos (phone app), but my food entries were showing up twice (sometimes) a few days ago. I noticed when I had really high calories, I hadn't eaten 😳

The app and/or website can be very glitchy at times. Hopefully they'll respond soon or things usually return to normal after a while.

That happened to me and then I deleted the second entries and then when I went back in my whole day was gone. So I had to enter everything again!

Not sure but It‘s happened a few times over the past couple year. Usually resolved in a couple of days just like water retention 👍

Like Cheesegobbler said, whenever there is a glitch, I uninstall the app and reinstall it. That fixes the problem, and I don't lose any thing.

Redporchlady yes this has happened to me before many times. I think what's happening is the data is stored on more than one server and If you just leave it with the double entry for long enough it will correct itself. it's very annoying though especially when you look and say what #$#% how did I only have X amount of calories left
