My mental health has been absolute garbage this past month (brain fog, anxiety, panic, DPD, memory issues - pretty damn sure it's due to my hormones going wild after stopping the pill). It's been hard enough remembering to eat, let alone remembering to eat healthily... luckily I'm not gaining, just not losing either... but to be honest weight loss doesn't feel like a priority right now.
