Thank God for fridays. LOL
I have been working hard in my spare time to read the book. I have read the first 5 chapters so far. Still learning a lot. I am excited about getting into the eating and exercise plans.

Denice Good Luck to you, just do it this time. It will take alot of willpower but once you see the weight coming off it will be alot easier to stick with it. You are very young and pretty and have alot to look forward to in your new skinny body!!

Thank you do much I needed to hear that. I am relly having a hard time getting started. With Easter and all I did not get my book finished intime to start tomorrow. So goal one..*reading book) I feel I have failed already. But...I AM GETTING BACK AT IT AND MOVING FORWARD. Thanks again, Denice
