As mentioned yesterday, I’ll be sharing some of my favorites from your tips to get rid of the 39 pounds I still need to lose.
From Wholefoodnut – in order to visualize the damage that the excess weight is doing to my joints, pick up something that weighs 39 pounds and carry it around for a while. So tonight I bought 39 (16 oz) bottles of water - as pictured. Trust me, I didn’t carry it around too long!
I decided to take this one step further. I am keeping the water in the basket. Every day that I lose a pound I get to take one of the bottles out and drink it. This will give me a tangible record of my progress.
