Oh i think i am going to cry ABSOLUTELY CRY, I weighed in this morning and BANG! 72.8 SUCKER!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 HAPPINESS ALL OVER!!!!
That was the weight i managed to reach last time i went on a diet!
But now I am more determined, happier, more into the task and definitely much more informed on nutrient values!!!
I am not going to let this stop again this time!!!!
NEXT STEP: SEE THE 71. FORM ON THE MONITOR OF MY SCALE!!!!!!!!
