I have reached my halfway weight It is strange to look in the mirror knowing that I have lost weight ( and I know that ) and just see a smaller version of little chubby me! It is amazing how one’s mind can trick you into thinking that there has been no change! But your clothes and family have noticed a big difference . I thank everyone here for your support it has really helped

Congrats on the halfway mark 🥳
Yes it can be hard to see the changes in ourseleves, as we're living in our bodies, we see and move them around day in day out. I've been taking photos once a week in the same clothes and the exact same spot to track the changes-and even so i still find it hard to see the difference! Clothes and family are good reality checkers-clothes in particular don't care about our feelings (making us feel good), nor will they lie to us. Trust the clothes! 😆💚

Congratulations 👏🎊. That image you are talking about, is what keeps us stuck. Somehow if we can imagine ourselves to be a better version then our subconscious actually helps us to become that person. In other words, we need to replace the image we have of ourselves in our subconscious with that better version. Hope that makes sense.
