Well a surprise to see I’ve broken the 88kg barrier this morning weighing in at 87.9kg. That’s over halfway. 5.1 down 4.9 to go. I guess I’ll gust keep on doing what I have this far. Count every calorie and don’t go over RDI and no cheating.
