I do despair sometimes with the whole dieting thing. I have no problem with exercise. I do a lot of good quality work outs and enjoy them. But, the only way I can reach and maintain the weight I want to be means really restricting my food intake to a level that I am not happy with. I could eat twice as much as I do now quite easily! I'm not really dieting at the moment but feel I am denying myself stuff all the time.
