Awesome!
144.2kg was the biggest I got back in 2018 and I went on to drop to 106.7kg.

It feels good to be under that starting number again and this time I'll be going even lower I think. I'll stay down there this time too.

I am feeling so much better in myself and have more energy from when I started. I want to be a good health influence to my children. 🙂
