I was really hoping for a loss, I've been doing well with both eating and exercising, and still it's a gain. Blarg.

Could be not enough water, too much salt, TOM on its way. Lots of things. Or maybe you're not eating enough? Don't worry, if you keep up the exercise and eating right, you should get down.

You have very little to lose. It can be a lot harder to lose those last few pounds. Watch the sodium content in foods (processed foods have tons). Your diet looks pretty healthy. You might try a couple of days of eating really clean (eggs, fruits, yogurt, veggies, etc.) and try not eating too many canned or frozen foods and see what happens. Also, kick up your exercise. It can make a big difference if you don't have much to lose.

yeah I don't normally eat canned soup as much, but its been the warmest thing to eat for lunch since we dropped from 90s and up to the 60s and I don't adjust to temp changes that quickly. But that is useful advice, I'll give that a shot.
