Went shopping today... Bought healthy foods... I have decided to avoid eating out... It adds all unhealthy, metabolism-slowing, easily digestable foods to my daily food list and I definitely do not want that. I feel happy that I am getting responsible with my diet and exercise... Start the day with black cummin seeds or shahi jeera and a cup of warm water and a squeeze of lemon - This surely adds a zing to your metabolism and digestion. Weighing machine needs batteries will weigh in tomorrow... How you folks doing?
