Day #2 with protein powder, almond milk, and yogurt shake for afternoon snack. WOW! No gym in over a month. Had enough motivation to hit the gym for a 30 min quickie and was still satisfied from the snack shake not to ravage everything in my path when I entered my kitchen. So far liking this combination.
