The precise timing is the secret. Just cook for as long as it takes to mix up three different dishes for three different dogs with different food and medical needs and then it’s perfectly done!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I’m kidding of course. Hot pan, chilled eggs, lid on for the first part and lid off once I turn off the gas. And I’ve screwed up plenty cooking in chaos. I just don’t post those pics very often.

Perfection! I believe in using a lid as well - hate the top not being 'sealed'.
