No change again. It's really a downer hen the scale doesn't budge. Guess my net carbs are just to high. Have to get it down around 20. I find dinner the hardest part of all. Just can't get my head around eating less carbs at dinner time. Dinner has always been potatoes or pasta, hard to change. But I have to keep trying if I want this weight gone!

I know the frustration... Have you tried the faux potato dishes using cauliflower? I decided to give it a try a couple of week's ago and even served my DH the mashed cauliflower...they were good! Kind of fills the void of no potatoes or pasta. Carbs are low as well.
