i just completed my second whole 30 for the month of april. i am feeling good, dropped about 10 lbs but am now worried if i dont keep it up 100% that i will put the lbs back on in less than 30 days. i think i need to keep up this type of eating for a long time and then if i want to wean off of it, i need to seriously up my workouts, which is very casual right now... i feel good but it is tiring being so concerned with what i eat... one day at a time i suppose!
